Job description

Location: Occasional on-site in Riverside County, CA


Core Responsibilities

  • Take and defend depositions in a multi-defendant negligence case on behalf of plaintiffs. Propound discovery to defendants and respond to defendants’ discovery requests; issue depositions subpoenas for third party witnesses; handle meet and confers (including law and motion) for all discovery disputes.

Qualifications/Skills

  • At least 5 years personal injury litigation experience in California Superior Court. Must have personal injury trial experience. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
