Job description

The Company's growing and dynamic litigation practice has an opportunity for a California-licensed Litigation Attorney with a minimum of three years of commercial and general liability litigation experience. The position offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the US or in person in one of our US-based offices.

Skills and Educational Requirements

  • JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with excellent academic credentials
  • Minimum of three years of experience working on general liability matters
  • Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including motion writing, preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and written perpetuate depositions, analyzing professional liability coverage, and conducting legal research and analysis
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in both state and federal court proceedings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
  • Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
  • Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required

  • Base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience
