  • Tech-Driven Legal Mind – Skilled in legal tech and AI tools, with an eye for how innovation can boost case outcomes
  • Legal Systems Ninja – Expertise in motion practice, discovery, trial prep, depositions, and navigating federal and state court procedures
  • Cool Under Fire – Thrives under pressure, adept at juggling multiple active cases, tight deadlines, and high-stakes negotiations
  • Power Communicator – Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, with a command of persuasive legal storytelling
  • Ethical Warrior – Fiercely committed to justice, transparency, and fighting for those who’ve been wronged
  • Bonus Points – Experience using Clio, PACER, and e-filing systems; familiarity with AI in litigation; and yeah—if you’re funny, kind, and bring good vibes, we love that too
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead high-stakes litigation cases from intake to resolution
  • Develop and oversee litigation strategy across mass tort/class action dockets
  • Draft, review, and supervise all major pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct and oversee depositions, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Coordinate and collaborate with paralegals, junior attorneys, and support staff
  • Leverage AI tools and legal tech to maximize speed, efficiency, and results
  • Serve as a key client point of contact and strategic advisor
  • Identify and assess new legal theories, trends, and business opportunities
Benefits
  • Remote-First – Work from anywhere while staying connected to a dynamic team
  • Firm is open to a flexible hours arrangement, of less than 40/week for the right candidate!
  • Cutting-Edge Litigation – Be part of a bold legal movement tackling fraud and injustice
  • Growth-Focused Culture – Leadership development, innovation labs, and collaborative energy
  • Competitive Compensation – Strong salary, performance bonuses, and advancement opportunities
