Job description

Firm is a boutique business law firm based in Century City, California, with deep expertise in corporate, intellectual property, real estate, and litigation matters. We represent high-growth companies, established brands, and entrepreneurs across industries including food and beverage, consumer products.. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our growing team as Of Counsel / Special Counsel and handle a diverse caseload of plaintiff and defense matters.


Core Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in plaintiff and defense litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial conflicts, and general business litigation.
  • Manage consumer product defense cases, including California Prop 65 claims, false advertising, and other consumer protection disputes.

Qualifications/Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in general commercial litigation
  • Prior experience in consumer product defense litigation (Prop 65, advertising, labeling, consumer protection) strongly preferred.
  • CA Bar is strongly preferred.
