Job description

Title: Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas
Location: Remote but with depositions and court appearances in Las Vegas (Clark County)
Houry Range:$75.00 - $125.00, commensurate with experience
Hours per week: 5+, may flex up based on firm needs
Status: 1099, 3 months to start, ongoing if mutually agreed upon

Our client is a boutique law firm in Los Angeles. They are seeking an attorney who is very experienced in filing plaintiff-side evictions and collection actions in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities:

Plaintiff-side eviction actions for commercial tenants
Collections actions against tenants
Depositions
Court appearances

Requirements:

JD from an accredited U.S. law school
Bar passage from any state in good standing, and USPTO barred
Registered Trademark attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience
