You must be fluent in both English and Spanish to be considered for this role. Our firm serves a predominantly Spanish-speaking client base, and bilingual communication is essential every day. Applications from candidates who do not speak Spanish fluently will not be considered.
Required: Fluent English & Spanish | 2+ years civil litigation experience
Preferred: Personal injury background Also considered: Florida civil litigation experience

What You'll Do
- Handle a variety of personal injury cases from case filing through trial preparation.
- Draft and file critical legal documents, including motions and discovery requests.
- Schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings for the attorneys.
- Respond to discovery requests and assist in compiling client responses.
- Monitor deadlines and alert attorneys when immediate attention is needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in both English and Spanish.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Spanish — this is a firm requirement, not a preference.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal (personal injury preferred; Florida civil litigation considered).
- Comprehensive understanding of civil litigation procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in document drafting, and case management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and legal professionals.
