Our Customer is seeking a Live Operations Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs.
Location: 100% Remote (timezone flexible between ET and PST)
Schedule: Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM EST – 12:30 AM EST, Monday–Sunday (rotating schedule, weekend and evening availability required)
Responsibilities:
- Address merchant and delivery driver issues with empathy and urgency via phone, SMS, and email.
- Proactively identify issues and potential failures, implementing mitigation tactics in real time.
- Execute workflows to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Monitor and identify trends, reporting findings to improve processes across teams.
- Develop deep expertise in product, processes, systems, and tools.
- Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team committed to world-class customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role (technology, hospitality, or healthcare preferred).
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and resolve issues that may not have predefined solutions.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent English with excellent written communication (formal and casual) aligned to brand voice.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Strong technical fluency; comfortable with Google Sheets.
- Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, or Salesforce preferred.
