Job description

Our Customer is an American multinational beverage corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking a Manager, Financial Services on a contract basis to support the Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Atlanta, GA.


NOTE: Candidates must have their own laptops; the customer is not providing laptops to contractors at this time



Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own pricing strategy and analytics across the North American bottling system
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to pricing optimization, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Identify opportunities to implement AI, predictive analytics, and automation within billing operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercialization, finance, supply chain, and technical teams to execute revenue growth initiatives
  • Define business system requirements to support innovation and enhanced pricing strategies
  • Lead implementation and adoption of new tools, innovations, and process improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Influence upstream process changes to prevent downstream errors
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and narrative financial analysis
  • Ensure accurate transaction recording in compliance with GAAP and internal policies
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues related to pricing and billing processes
  • Provide general accounting support, including journal entries and closing activities
  • Support system testing, UAT coordination, and defect resolution
  • Oversee volume reporting processes across North America
  • Support cross-functional business initiatives and special projects


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, pricing strategy, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP and financial systems, including SAP, S/4 HANA, Salesforce, and Synapse
  • Strong attention to detail and a data integrity focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong project management skills, coordinating cross-functional resources
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, account reconciliations, and the chart of accounts
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Preferred:

  • Technical or systems-oriented background
  • Experience supporting modernization or automation initiatives
