Job description

Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.


We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Engagement) on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote - PST preferred.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM strategy and execution for go-to-market campaigns supporting new and priority content
  • Develop scalable audience segmentation frameworks to match subscribers with relevant content
  • Design and launch customer journeys that sustain engagement through editorial, library, and personalized content recommendations
  • Partner with Content, Editorial, Product, and Analytics teams to align campaign strategies with programming priorities
  • Lead multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and In-App channels in collaboration with Creative and CRM Operations teams
  • Identify opportunities to increase subscriber engagement through lifecycle marketing strategies and content sequencing
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to optimize audience targeting, messaging, timing, and content merchandising
  • Monitor campaign and content performance and develop optimization recommendations
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and engagement metrics to stakeholders


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing large datasets using Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools
  • 5+ years of experience with written and verbal communication, including developing and delivering presentations
  • 5+ years of experience creating presentations and visual storytelling using PowerPoint or similar tools
  • Strong experience building and optimizing customer journeys using CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe
  • Experience launching and optimizing campaign-led go-to-market strategies for content, products, or features
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into engagement strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for streaming, entertainment, subscription-based products, or audience behavior
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages
  • Experience using AI/ML tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Microsoft Copilot
