We’ve worked with Expedia, Advance Auto Parts, Travelocity, Sears, Orbitz, Flights.com, and more. We have been around for 17 years but we still roll like a start-up.

The role is 100% remote. Typical hours of operation are between 9AM - 5PM PST.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Mastermind with experience in writing technical requirements, to join our team to help with manual testing of client’s large-scale websites. Experience with Ai prompt engineering is a big plus.

You should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are interested in executing test cases, helping write technical requirements, and are passionate about quality, we’d like to hear from you. Knowledge or exposure to the software development lifecycle and web development is also a plus.

You will work closely with the Founder, Engineering, and Project management teams.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute test plans and test specifications for functional, integration and regression testing.
2. Reading and reviewing longer-form written content & FAQ’s (portions are driven by the client’s data) for grammar and proper match between the template and the data used in the template
3. Report bugs and errors to project management and development teams
4. Meet schedule estimates, timelines, and milestones.
5. Review bugs reported by clients or client services, and incorporate learned lessons into test plans.
6. Assisting in the evolution of the company's QA process.
7. Continuous improvement over test coverage.

REQUIRED SKILLS/WORK EXPERIENCE/MUST HAVES

1. Have a good understanding of software development and QA methodology
2. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
3. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
4. Ability to write technical requirements
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
8. Strong organizational skills
9. Access to a working computer with high-speed internet access
10. Fluent in English
11. Ability to work during business hours (We can be flexible for the right person)
