Job description
Our Customer is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners, defense, space and security systems, and service provider of aftermarket support. Their products and tailored services include commercial and military aircraft, satellites, weapons, electronic and defense systems, launch systems, advanced information and communication systems, and performance-based logistics and training.
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer's team in Everett, WA (onsite).
Position Responsibilities:
- Trains less experienced employees in group leadership and facilitation skills.
- Coordinates complex activities across multiple functions and outside organizations to maintain and improve operational efficiency in support of enterprise operations.
- Identifies and mitigates the impact of changes on the production system.
- Leads teams to conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
- Analyzes and interprets data.
- Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
- Leads organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
- Works under consultative direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- A Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Aerospace industry experience
- Coaching and communication skills
