Launched on May 5, 2003, the platform is primarily used for professional networking and career development.

We are seeking a Market Research and Insights Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role can be onsite, hybrid or 100% remote in the following locations: San Francisco and Sunnyvale, CA, and NYC.

Responsibilities:

  • Project execution
  • Identify best methodology to answer business and research questions
  • Scope and design research project/action plan
  • Draft questionnaires and discussion/interview guides
  • Manage end-to-end project set-up and execution (in-field) with internal or external research teams
  • Analysis, Synthesis and Storytelling:
  • Analyze data (using a variety of tools and resources)
  • Synthesize data by reporting actionable results to Content and Product Marketing stakeholders
  • Drive Impact and Influence through collaboration
  • Work closely with Research Operations teams (internal or external - vendors) to execute surveys
  • Work closely with Product marketing teams to communicate results and drive action


Basic Qualification:
  • BA or BS degree required
  • 7+ years market research experience
  • 3+ years designing and writing surveys
  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with some data processing tools such as SPSS, Decipher, Q, etc. (Decipher a plus)


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing key implications
  • Experience with tracking studies (e.g. brand health trackers)
  • Experience with syndicated research (e.g. Forrester, Gartner, emarketer…)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with and analyzing large data sets
  • Experience with B2B research a plus
