We are an inclusive toy store is looking for a Digital Marketing team member.

We understand the importance of every child feeling seen and included, so we offer free gift-wrapping and personalized notes to make each gift extra special. Additionally, we provide reminders for important dates, ensuring that parents and family members never miss a special occasion for a child again.

In line with our commitment to social impact and sustainability, we source our products from small businesses around the world that share our values. By supporting these small shops, we aim to contribute to their growth and success while providing high-quality products to our customers.

About the Role

This role includes

  1. Determining the best channels to reach out customers
  2. Creating a marketing campaign for the top 3 channels to increase awareness and drive website visits and convert to sales
  3. Managing our Facebook and Instagram social media channels with relevant content to create awareness on our mission, our brand, the social issues we care about and drive sales
  4. Potentially media placements in relevant media channels

If successful, providing recommendations on other brand awareness and marketing strategies such as collaborations with other brands, specialists in the fields we are passionate about etc
