About the OpportunityOne of the nation’s leading learning and education companies is seeking a hands-on Marketing Campaign & Content Specialist to help bring high-impact marketing campaigns to life faster.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a strategic marketing team focused on reaching educators and administrators and supporting campaigns that have a direct impact on how schools and educators engage with learning and assessment solutions.
You’ll be a creative, highly organized execution partner—helping turn fully developed campaign strategies into market-ready content, assets, and activations.
If you’re someone who loves turning ideas into action, can move quickly without sacrificing quality, and enjoys using modern creative and AI tools to work smarter, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate campaign launches and activation activities from development through launch.
- Manage execution timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing managers, strategists, creative teams, and external agencies.
- Adapt, resize, and repurpose existing creative assets for digital and social channels.
- Create social media ads, campaign variations, and other digital marketing content.
- Produce short-form video clips and lightweight animations using existing content.
- Use Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to quickly create and adapt market-ready materials.
- Monitor execution and proactively identify production issues, bottlenecks, or delays.
- Maintain consistency across campaign assets, messaging, and launch activities.
- Bring ideas and recommendations to the team to improve campaign speed and execution.
This is a highly collaborative role with a strong level of independence. You’ll work alongside marketing managers, strategists, creative partners, and agencies, while owning your own deliverables and keeping campaigns moving.
You might spend your day:
- Coordinating campaign launch activities and tracking key milestones.
- Adapting creative for different marketing channels and audiences.
- Creating social ads, short-form video, or simple animations.
- Using Canva and AI tools to turn existing content into new marketing assets.
- Following up with stakeholders and agencies to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Troubleshooting execution challenges and finding ways to move work forward.
- Jumping into new or time-sensitive marketing opportunities where speed matters.
- Make an immediate impact: Help accelerate high-visibility marketing campaigns for a leading organization in education.
- Blend creativity + execution: Work at the intersection of campaign marketing, content creation, project coordination, and creative production.
- Use AI in meaningful ways: Apply modern tools to improve creative output, efficiency, and speed.
- Bring your ideas: This team values people who can identify opportunities and recommend better ways to work.
- Work with a strong marketing team: Collaborate with experienced marketers, strategists, creatives, and agency partners.
- Potential to continue: The initial engagement is through December, with potential for extension or conversion in 2027 based on performance and business needs. This represents an ongoing need within the organization.
- Fully remote: Work from wherever you do your best work.
You don’t need a specific degree to be successful in this role. We’re looking for someone with hands-on marketing and content experience who is comfortable jumping in, taking ownership, and getting things done.
Must Haves- 1–2 years of experience in marketing campaign execution, digital content, social media marketing, or a related area.
- Experience helping move campaigns from development through launch.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Experience creating and adapting digital marketing assets.
- Experience with social media advertising and content.
- Ability to create short-form video content and basic animations.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and/or Perplexity to improve speed, creativity, or workflow.

Your portfolio can showcase examples of marketing campaigns, digital and social content, Canva work, video, animations, creative adaptations, or other relevant marketing projects.
The Ideal CandidateYou’re a doer, creator, and problem-solver. You can take a campaign that is 80% there and figure out what needs to happen to get it across the finish line.
You’re organized enough to manage multiple moving pieces, creative enough to make content engaging, and curious enough to find new ways to work smarter. You’re comfortable with modern AI tools and aren’t afraid to experiment with new ways of working.
