We are seeking a Marketing Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote with a high possibility of extension or converting to a full time employee.

Job Discription:

The School Assessments business unit within K-12 Education organization is seeking marketing support to help accelerate campaign deployment and asset activation. The team develops strategic marketing campaigns targeting educators and administrators but struggles to move quickly enough through traditional creative studio processes.

  • Worker will provide additional execution capacity to help bring fully developed campaigns to market faster, ensure activation of agency-created assets, and reduce production bottlenecks.
  • The role will work closely with a Manager of Strategy, two Campaign Marketing Managers, and a Strategic Marketer to support campaign execution, creative adaptations, digital asset deployment, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage campaign timelines and launch readiness.
  • Create, adapt, and resize marketing assets for digital and social channels.
  • Develop social media ad variations and short-form content.
  • Create video snippets and simple animations from existing content.
  • Support rapid-response marketing opportunities that require faster turnaround than the internal Creative Studio can provide.
  • Utilize Canva, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), and existing brand templates to quickly generate market-ready materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure deliverables move efficiently through production and activation.
  • Monitor campaign readiness and remove execution bottlenecks.
  • Ensure consistency of campaign messaging and activation across channels.

The current marketing team has identified gaps in execution capacity. While campaign strategy, research, messaging, and creative development are in place, internal creative production timelines of 3-5 weeks often cause the team to miss important market opportunities.

The Fall launch of PALS and Navvy+ represents a significant marketing investment. Additional execution support is needed to:

  • Accelerate campaign activation.
  • Improve speed-to-market.
  • Ensure agency-developed assets are fully utilized.
  • Eliminate production bottlenecks.
  • Increase team capacity for strategic planning and optimization.

The role is highly collaborative but requires someone able to work independently and contribute ideas without extensive oversight.

  • Coordinate launch activities for PALS and Navvy+ campaigns.
  • Manage execution timelines and milestone tracking.
  • Work with marketing managers, strategists, creative teams, and agencies.
  • Adapt existing creative assets for marketing channels.
  • Create social media ads and campaign variations.
  • Produce short-form video clips and lightweight animations from existing content.
  • Use Canva and AI tools to create quick-turn marketing materials.
  • Monitor and resolve execution issues and production delays.
  • Maintain consistency across campaign assets and launch activities.

Must Haves

  • Marketing campaign execution experience.
  • Experience moving campaigns from development through launch.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
  • Digital marketing asset creation experience.
  • Social media advertising experience.
  • Ability to create short-form video content and basic animations.
  • Canva proficiency.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong follow-through and ownership mentality.
  • Fast-paced execution mindset.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.

Qualifications

  • No degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Marketing campaign execution, digital content creation, social media marketing, and project coordination/management exposure (1-2 years)
  • Performance indicators: must be self-directed and require minimal oversight (no to-do lists). Bring ideas and recommendations and improve campaign speed to market.
