We are seeking a Marketing Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
What You’ll do:
- Cross Channel Strategy Lead: Organic Channels
- Partner with stakeholders within Corporate Marketing to identify and clearly define business requirements relating to owned channels (Including Web, chat, SEO, email, etc)
- Main POC for the business in determining requirements that align with the overall business strategy in relation to Owned Channels such as; Web, Digital Experiences, Try-To-Buy, etc.
- Building the business requirements for Owned channel lead initiatives in collaboration with the Digital Experience teams and relevant business owners
- Core focuses for 2024 include:
- Enhancements of Progressive Registration (Personalisation, Experience, Enrichment Strategies);
- Optimization of Registration Strategy across initiatives such as/but not limited to company's Events;
- Marketing Preference Centre Enhancements;
- Form Data Validation Methods;
- BOT Preventatives;
- Digital Presence Integration and Governance (E.g. Microsites, Other company's Digital Properties);
- Content Management System and Tool alignment (E.g. AEM Cloud, Digital Asset Management, Tagging and Metadata Repositories (Semaphore);
- Optimization and enhancement of Contact to Qualification Experience from the Web (UX, Routing, Qualification, Automated Experiences);
- Web and Nurture Experience Alignment (Form and Landing Experiences, Campaign Page Experiences, Enrichment Capabilities for non-authenticated);
- Data Attribute Evaluations and recommendations (Web Form Structures – Contact Profiles Definitions, Optimised Experiences)
- Try-to-Buy Experiences (Demos, Trials, Payg and Free Tier)
- Legal Alignment and Recommendations;
- Cookie Optimisation Strategies;
- Special Project: Cross Border Data Transfer - Compliant Strategy (Short, Mid, Long)
- For all of the above, strong and continuous alignment with the Marketo and MarTech Teams to ensure requirements and approaches are viable and align with processes such as; Scoring, Routing, Nurture, other requirements/consideration
- Project and Program Management tasks in relation to delivering business requirements
- Business Enablement responsibility includes: Defining material, and delivery of enablement to relevant stakeholders across multiple platforms/formats. All in collaboration with relevant business audience leads
- Strong collaboration with IES (IT) in relation to defining requirements and direction, and final delivery acceptance criteria through to production go-live rollout
- Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) lead for all new tech enhancements/additions related to owned channels
- Work cross-functionally with the Digital Experience Team, Product Relevant Teams, Data Management Teams, MAPS & Marketo Team, Campaign Services Team, Regional Hubs, and Integrated Demand Team on the technical and data strategy for owned channels
- Define best practices and align the company to industry standards for process and marketing technology associated with owned channels
- Work on ensuring data coming from owned channels to Marketo is clean, clear, and actionable data to be leveraged to trigger nurture, scoring, and routing
- Lead special projects aimed at optimizing engagement rates across Owned Channels
- Consider the efficiency and effectiveness of data processes to ensure downstream processes are fully aligned for optimization
- Responsible in ensuring Analysis (with support from Analytics and Optimization Teams), is aligned upon any new/optimized initiatives to ensure impacts are evaluated
- Work hand-in-hand with the Paid Channel Lead and the Cohesive Strategy Lead on the team to ensure a unified omnichannel strategy
Must Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B or B2C digital, high-tech marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English – other languages a plus
- Marketo experience
- CMS/Web Platform Experience is desirable but not a necessity
- Understanding/Knowledge of Martech Architecture
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience with data science/data-driven audience creation
- Experience with a Data Management Platform
- Experience with a Marketing Automation Platform
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
