Our Customer is seeking a Marketing Analyst on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Focusing on Ads Marketing Campaign Operations, this role is responsible for building, testing, and launching retention marketing campaigns developed in partnership with the Marketing Lifecycle team.
The position partners closely with Lifecycle Marketing and key stakeholders across Ads and Promotions to ensure each campaign completes all required steps prior to launch and is delivered on time to the merchant audience with a high standard of quality and execution.
This role owns campaign delivery excellence, including production efficiency and high-quality launch rates across all retention marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other digital surfaces
- Utilize Iterable and internal marketing platforms to execute campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing
- Own the QA review process to ensure campaigns launch accurately and with high quality
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop and execute campaign assets
- Build and manage audience segmentation to ensure precise targeting
- Gather and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders throughout campaign development
- Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and minimize errors
- Partner cross-functionally with Lifecycle, Ads Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations within Ads Marketing Lifecycle partnerships
- Align campaign execution with broader company goals and priorities
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, CRM Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Iterable preferred
- Familiarity with ESP or marketing automation platforms required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
- Experience building audience segments and managing targeted communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Ads Marketing or performance-focused marketing teams
- Experience executing automated and dynamic marketing campaigns at scale
- Experience managing QA processes within marketing operations environments
