We are seeking a Marketing Analyst on a contract basis who will support the Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Atlanta.
NOTE: Candidates must have their own laptops; the customer is not providing laptops to contractors at this time
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and operations of consumer data acquisition products supporting next-generation consumer experiences
- Partner with the ASP PACS team to support crisis and issue management communications across the region
- Support transformation initiatives related to Social Listening & Publishing operations
- Help define and articulate capabilities, metrics, and solutions that support data-driven marketing decision making
- Translate social listening and consumer observations into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support the development of strategic and operational initiatives across teams and regions
- Act as an advocate for leveraging consumer insights and technology to drive competitive advantage
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global teams
- Support vendor relationships and ensure performance aligns with company standards
- Contribute to innovation initiatives related to marketing, consumer engagement, and digital strategy
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in social listening, digital insights, marketing operations, or related fields
- Experience working across teams and geographies in complex global environments
- Hands-on experience with social listening and digital analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, NetBase, or Talkwalker
- Ability to extract and analyze unstructured data and transform findings into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of global and cultural considerations that impact marketing and communications strategies
- Ability to provide an independent point of view and strategic perspective beyond a single functional area
- Strong understanding of marketing innovation and consumer engagement strategies
- Experience with vendor management and external partner collaboration
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
