Job description

A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Marketing Analyst to help support their business needs.


This role will lead and optimize dealer lead management and customer engagement initiatives across multiple automotive brands. This role focuses on advancing dealership performance, strengthening vendor partnerships, and transforming complex processes into scalable, dealer-friendly solutions that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.


The position serves as a program subject-matter expert, cross-functional collaborator, and trusted resource for field teams, dealerships, and vendor partners. Success in this role requires strong operational acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into effective execution frameworks.



Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Data Mining program within the IMR portfolio, driving operational excellence, performance visibility, and continuous improvement across brands
  • Collaborate across internal teams to align initiatives and deliver dealer-focused content
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with approved vendors, including onboarding, performance reviews, and quarterly audits, to ensure program effectiveness and dealer value
  • Draft and distribute program communications, including Global Connect messages, newsletters, dealer one-pagers, field guides, and SharePoint content
  • Maintain and update the BDC Support App to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and ease of navigation for field teams and dealers
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve dealer participation, adoption, and sales outcomes
  • Assist in planning and executing monthly webinars, including timeline management, vendor coordination, content development, and dealer communications
  • Facilitate Dealer Advisory Board sessions to gather feedback, share best practices, and inform program improvements


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of OEM, field, or dealer experience
  • Experience in vendor and program management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project execution skills
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction
  • Experience developing performance-based solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive lead management, CRM workflows, BDC operations, or digital retailing
  • Familiarity with digital tools and dealer program ecosystems
  • Experience working with vendor partners in a collaborative environment


Hours and Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week
  • Hybrid in Warren, MI - M-F 8 am to 5 pm, T.W.T in office. M and F remote
