We are seeking a Marketing Analyst/Specialist on a contract basis to build, monitor, and report on marketing. In this role you will be responsible for the copy, development, efficacy and the tracking of marketing campaigns. You will work across CRM, ads, promos, merchandising efforts. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns for all merchants.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns
- Run A/B tests
- Design and build marketing collateral
- Work cross-functional to promote merchants across the entire platform.
- Work to drive off-platform marketing campaign strategy across Google, Meta, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience working with Google Suite
- You are proficient in spreadsheets and SQL.
- Ideally some experience in marketing or growth
- Proficiency in with email marketing systems like Iterable
- Proficiency building marketing collateral in Figma or Canva
- You obsess over copy and put the customer first
- You have experience building marketing campaigns
- You are analytical and have the ability to pull your own data to find unique insights
- You are a clear verbal and written communicator and can display this from day one
- You do not mind operating in Google Sheets and are confident with document setup
- You are able to interpret paid marketing data and make recommendations on paid marketing targeting
- You are an owner, always looking for opportunities to learn and better your work product
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing team-oriented environment and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

- Strong work ethic with an ability to work 40 hours per week
