We are a subscription coffee company that donates 100% of our net profits to non-profits serving Veterans.
We are hiring for a part-time customer service rep and marketing coordinator. We use Freshdesk to provide customer support tickets from phone, email, and automated alerts from our e-commerce platform. Responding to inquiries and errors is the basic task with additional marketing support desired in social media and email.
You will work directly with our COO and our coffee roaster who does our roasting and fulfillment. We work with WooCommerce, G Suite, Google Voice, Freshdesk, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp.
