Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Sales team, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Experience
- Ensure our marketing and social media departments are operating smoothly and successfully
- Collaborate with our Director of Marketing and Sales team to provide dedicated assistance and strategic guidance on assigned projects.
- Understand our company’s needs, goals, and objectives to effectively communicate with internal teams and ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate social media calendars
- Proactively communicates with the marketing department, sales team, and clients to provide updates on project status, address any concerns, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure task requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients based on their needs and goals.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and engagement levels, taking proactive steps to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project details in our CRM system.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous team environment.
- Ability to create and schedule monthly social media calendars
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client success.
- Experience across all social media platforms and social media scheduling tools
- Experience in the financial sector or with financial advisors is preferred.
