Job description
Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.
We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.
We’re seeking a driven, creative, and customer-obsessed self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings fresh, innovative ideas to campaign execution. This role serves as a marketing campaign coordinator, ensuring timely execution and reporting of multi-channel campaigns from planning to delivery. They will assist in end-to-end campaign execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
The role is a key liaison between Analytics and Marketing, ensuring timely, accurate measurement and reporting of Consumer Engagement initiatives. Contributions include capturing and synthesizing performance results against business objectives, translating outcomes into insights that inform decision-making, optimize strategy, and help drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through delivery
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Execute campaigns within Workfront and ensure project milestones are completed on schedule
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of campaign activities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Analytics for campaign measurement and reporting
- Partner with Analytics teams to retrieve, validate, and consolidate campaign performance data
- Monitor campaign performance against business objectives and marketing KPIs
- Translate campaign results into executive-ready presentations with actionable insights and recommendations
- Leverage campaign learnings to improve future marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with partner teams to deliver effective customer marketing campaigns
- Communicate campaign best practices and customer-focused recommendations to agency partners
- Generate creative ideas to enhance campaign strategy and customer engagement
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Experience using Workfront or similar project management platforms
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data
- Experience creating executive presentations and communicating marketing insights
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer-focused mindset with creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable marketing recommendations
