The ideal candidate is a strong writer and organized campaign manager who can identify target audiences, develop compelling promotional content, coordinate creative assets, and use performance data to recommend improvements. Familiarity with accounting, finance, and professional services topics is essential.

- Coordinate with a graphic designer to develop marketing collateral and digital advertising assets; create simple banners in Canva as needed.
- Build and refine email lists using relevant audience segments, interests, and past participation.
- Recommend practical ways to increase registrations within approved budgets, including targeted outreach, cross-promotion, and content repurposing.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, approvals, and deadlines with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor available campaign results, including email engagement, registrations, and budget performance.
- Recommend adjustments to messaging, targeting, timing, and channel selection based on results.
- Apply email, social media, and content marketing best practices, including clear calls to action, accessible content, and consistent branding.
- Provide brief status updates and participate in a weekly check-in to review priorities, results, and decisions needed.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing marketing campaigns for events, professional education, or similar offerings.
- Strong promotional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into clear, compelling benefits for different audiences.
- Familiarity with accounting, finance, or professional services and the ability to work confidently with subject matter experts.
- Experience with email marketing, audience segmentation, list management, and campaign reporting.
- Strategic judgment and the ability to recommend what to promote, to whom, when, and why.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines within a limited monthly allocation of hours.
- Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and flag issues or approval needs early.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment when handling audience data and following established communication preferences.
- Marketing events, educational programs, and professional products.
- Working with associations or membership organizations.
- Using Canva, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Supporting paid digital campaigns and interpreting registration or conversion data.
