Job description

Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.


Our customer is looking for a Marketing Support Analyst on a contract basis to serve as the primary marketing contact between top advisors and their firms to ensure these sophisticated practices are maximizing available marketing resources and experiences to engage consumers and grow their businesses. Work closely with career distribution, cross-disciplinary marketing partners, and creative agencies to ensure projects are well-organized, successfully executed, and meet consumer, practice, and company expectations.



Responsibilities:

  • Support financial advisors by assisting in facilitating the material updates of field websites
  • Manage email inbox(es) to address tactical marketing questions from advisors and firms
  • Front door management of 300+ custom websites
  • Maintain tracking and reporting needed to manage open issues, feedback, and escalations
  • Manage internal and field documentation on program policies, processes, and guidelines
  • Project work as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Zendesk
  • Financial services or experience in regulated industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and the role of marketing in supporting the sales cycle, positioning products, and increasing awareness
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills, and able to speak on a professional level with field representatives in a variety of settings
  • Exceptional attention to detail required
  • Ability to juggle multiple demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
  • Ability to use deductive reasoning to come to conclusions
  • Ability to process information from multiple tools/sources to guide action
  • Strong organizational skills; able to handle competing demands and work under tight deadlines with short timeframes
  • Ability to have fun at work
