  • Help maintain the IMS marketing calendar and keep planned campaigns moving during maternity leave
  • Create and schedule social media content using existing brand guidelines and materials
  • Assist with basic marketing reporting and tracking of campaign and lead activity
  • Provide general marketing and business development support as needed throughout the contract period

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned projects
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Pipedrive/CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, Canva, and digital marketing tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced trade show environment and interacting professionally with customers and prospects
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects moving with limited day-to-day oversight
  • Available to travel to Chicago for PACK EXPO International 2026
  • Interest in B2B marketing, manufacturing, packaging, or industrial industries is a plus, but not required

Company Benefits/Perks

  • $20–$30/hour, based on experience
  • Approximately 12–20 hours per week, with additional hours surrounding PACK EXPO
  • Flexible schedule and opportunity for remote work for many post-show responsibilities
  • Company-paid travel and accommodations for PACK EXPO
  • Hands-on experience supporting a major international industry trade show
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, sales, automation, and manufacturing
  • Opportunity to work directly with company leadership and gain experience across multiple areas of marketing
  • Meaningful ownership of projects rather than a traditional internship/support-only role
  • Potential opportunity for continued project or contract work beyond the initial three-month engagement based on business needs and mutual fit
