Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a ~2-3 month contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support webinar requests including managing day-of logistics for webcasts using ON24
- Interface with internal clients to develop and manage edits for assets
- Day-to-day project management
- Oversee project requests in Wrike
- Manage invoicing and budget tracking
- Maintain campaign calendars
- Pull analytics from different sources
- Manage project tracking spreadsheets
- Report on project status at weekly team call
- OFT development
- MPower lead management support
Qualifications
- Manage multiple tasks at once
- Well organized
- Excellent communicator
- High Energy
- Well versed in MS Office suite
- Become familiar with Wrike (project management platform), MPower (CRM system), Power BI (analytics platform), ON24 (webinar platform), and Adobe AEM (OFT software)
