Job description

Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.

Our Customer is seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST or PST hours.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Tracking delivery of all static image assets related to upcoming content via Monday.com dashboards, and internal communication (email, Monday.com, Slack, and weekly meetings).
  • Updating the core ecosystem of title tracking and ensure all content is appropriately entered into the dashboard systems and any urgent issues highlighted and discussed in team meetings, or via Slack.
  • Cross-functionally report any delivery or image QC errors to the appropriate teams, as well as escalate technical issues to internal Support teams for resolution.
  • Assist in the tracking and reporting of missing images for the entire team, including follow-up with the internal Guidance team members to verify image delivery timelines and clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Be a point of contact for the Creative Workflow team with other internal cross functional partners to report on image statuses in meetings.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant area
  • 2-3 years working with an off-the-shelf or custom digital asset management platform (3rd party SaaS, or internal proprietary tool) to ingest, traffic, and process assets.
  • 4+ years of experience with Providing Technical support on a large scale project(s)
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated Project Management experience, including use of PM software such as: Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheets, Trello, or Basecamp.
  • 1-2 years experience with a team in Design, Marketing, or Acquisitions Marketing.
  • Experience working with film, TV, music, or streaming companies
  • Self starter, ability to create priorities as they see work coming through the system
  • Tech savvy
