We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote in Santa Clara, CA
What You’ll Do:
- Planning & Execution:
- Develop, refine, and implement a quarterly marketing plan with distinct strategic focus areas and tactical activities for the program(s) supported
- Communicate marketing plans to channel leaders via regular info-sharing sessions
- Stay within quarterly budget allocation
- Ensure marketing programs & tactics are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting ROI expectations/forecast
- Elevate Demand:
- Focus on executing impactful campaigns
- Leverage automated processes to execute always-on programs
- Foster creativity and find new ways to market with end users and partner teams Marketing Quarterback

Marketing Quarterback
- Act as the marketing "quarterback" for programs supported
- Coordinate with speedboats to communicate strategic focus areas and manage event execution
- Provide weekly marketing updates to key Channel stakeholders via weekly calls and email communications
- Pipeline Generation:
- Meet pipeline/bookings targets set for the program(s) supported
- Communicate quarterly marketing contribution to pipeline metrics to Channel teams via SFDC dashboards
Must Haves:
- 1-3 years of experience in high tech
- Action-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to enjoy strategic thinking as well as tactical execution
- Experience with SFDC, Allocadia, and G Suite a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote in Santa Clara, CA
