Job description

Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.


We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in NYC.


This role will provide high-level marketing administrative support by developing and implementing marketing processes and developing CRM campaigns to help retain customers.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop CRM campaign briefs focused on driving subscriber engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing objectives.
  • Partner with Design, CRM Operations, and Copywriting teams to execute CRM campaigns from concept through deployment.
  • Collaborate across retention, engagement, and marketing teams to support campaign execution and business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, gather updates, and document project status and action items.
  • Support management of CRM programming roadmaps, campaign calendars, and launch schedules.
  • Help organize and maintain visibility into annual and quarterly marketing initiatives, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Track campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of CRM initiatives.
  • Support the CRM experimentation framework by tracking tests, documenting learnings, and assisting with optimization efforts.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, campaign records, and reporting materials.
  • Assist with campaign planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Contribute to retention and engagement initiatives by supporting operational and administrative marketing activities.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, CRM, campaign operations, marketing coordination, or marketing administration.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, project coordination, or campaign execution activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand marketing objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to document, organize, and track project updates and deliverables.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong follow-through and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the entertainment, media, streaming, or subscription-based business industries.
  • Experience supporting CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, or subscriber engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with campaign testing, experimentation frameworks, and marketing optimization initiatives.
