About the Role

We are searching for a creative, data-focused, and entrepreneurial marketing professional to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in our privacy-first digital endeavor.

As a foundational member of the team, you’ll take partial ownership of growth strategies and collaborate across the company to shape our marketing efforts. You’ll innovate, test unconventional ideas, and execute initiatives that elevate our mission and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design scalable, measurable campaigns and marketing assets that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Experimentation and A/B Testing: Conduct rapid experiments across multiple channels (e.g., social media, SEO, paid ads, email, YouTube integrations, Reddit) to identify winning conversion tactics.

• Influencer and Partnership Management: Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners to establish co-marketing opportunities and referral partnerships.

• Explore Emerging Channels: Identify and capitalize on unconventional growth opportunities, from viral content creation to niche platform integrations.

• Content Creation: Craft engaging content tailored to both privacy enthusiasts and everyday users (i.e., non-technical users?), including thought leadership pieces, short-form viral campaigns, and landing pages.

• Improve Customer Conversion: Optimize the customer journey—from initial awareness to onboarding, data-driven testing, retention, brand loyalty, and advocacy.

• Customer-Centric Strategies: Implement feedback channels and leverage user insights to improve product-market fit and user experience.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with the mission and values.

• Analyze Campaigns and Make Iterative Changes: Measure campaign success, track progress, and continuously improve the value of the project’s marketing investment in terms of both time and money, as well as overall performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally within startups or high-growth environments. However, if you’re confident in your skills but lack the experience, tell us why.

• Proven ability to drive measurable customer acquisition through innovative and creative strategies.

• Strong familiarity with SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.

• Expertise in A/B testing, customer conversion optimization, and campaign performance measurement, particularly on paid social media platforms.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns effectively.

• Solid knowledge of audience segmentation, creative testing, and platform-specific advertising formats.

• Experience using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Redash, or privacy-focused alternatives.

• Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and a focus on user-centric growth models.

• Bonus: Experience in privacy tech, cybersecurity, or telecom industries.
