Job description

Core Responsibilities
- Own the Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital, social, PR, media, events, and sales enablement channels.
- Lead and Collaborate: Manage direct reports or external marketing agencies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Drive Demand Generation: Create and optimize multi-channel B2B demand gen programs that support the full customer journey—from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape go-to-market strategies, refine positioning and messaging, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Tell Our Story: Build compelling brand narratives and campaigns that clearly communicates our unique value to key audiences.
- Use Data to Improve: Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and a test-and-learn mindset to continuously refine marketing programs and maximize ROI.
- Optimize Marketing Ops: Oversee budget planning, campaign reporting, and performance tracking. Ensure our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is effectively integrated and supports data-driven decision-making.
- Align Across Teams: Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales and Client Success to ensure marketing strategies support company-wide goals.
Qualifications/Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in demand generation marketing within life sciences, clinical research, healthcare, or related industries.
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports or directly managing an outsourced agency relationship.
- Proven success in developing and scaling B2B marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth and brand awareness.
- Strong track record of integrating customer insights, segmentation, and data analytics into marketing strategy and execution.
- Confident communicator and storyteller with the ability to develop messaging and content that resonate across customer segments.
- Proficient in key marketing tools and platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, ZoomInfo, and others.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a process-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
