We are seeking a Marketing Execution Contractor (Industry Programs) on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Marketing Execution Contractor to support the delivery of industry-focused marketing programs and events.
- This role will ensure seamless execution of events designed to engage key industry audiences, from planning through post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end industry-focused events and digital programs, ensuring alignment to priority verticals and audience segments.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and secure industry-relevant keynote speakers and content.
- Manage vendors (booth builds, production, agencies) to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences.
- Navigate procurement systems to manage contracts, POs, and vendor onboarding.
- Collaborate with sales and industry teams to ensure strong lead capture and aligned follow-up strategies.
- Support post-event reporting, including industry-specific insights and pipeline impact.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years in event or field marketing, ideally with industry/vertical campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working across sales, marketing, and external partners.
- Understanding of how to tailor events to specific industry audiences.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
