Data Funnel Specialist

w/ Technical Expertise


Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic End-to-End Data Funnel Specialist to join our team on a Contract-to-Direct Hire basis. This fully remote role is perfect for a professional who thrives in creating and optimizing marketing and data funnels, managing data flows, and ensuring seamless integration across systems to maximize lead generation and campaign ROI.

As a critical team member, you will oversee the data/lead funnel end-to-end, manage data flows from various lead providers, and integrate marketing systems (SMS, email, re-marketing tools) with sales dialers for a cohesive and efficient operational framework.


Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Data Funnel Management:

  1. Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing and data funnels, managing the flow from initial lead capture to conversion.
  2. Analyze funnel performance metrics, uncover trends, and implement strategies to optimize each stage.
  3. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maximize lead engagement and improve conversion rates.
  4. Conduct A/B testing to enhance funnel performance, user engagement, and campaign outcomes.


Data Flow and Systems Management:

  1. Oversee and manage data flow from lead providers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integration across platforms.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline the data exchange process between marketing platforms, re-marketing systems, and sales dialers.
  3. Ensure seamless functionality and automation across tools like SMS campaigns, email marketing systems, and re-marketing platforms.
  4. Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot issues to maintain a reliable and scalable infrastructure.


Paid Marketing Assistance:

  1. Assist in the planning, executing, and managing of PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media.
  2. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  3. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to ensure maximum ROI.
  4. Perform A/B testing on ads, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign results.


Re-Marketing and Campaign Assistance:

  1. Aid in the Development and management of the re-marketing campaigns using SMS, email, and other automated tools.
  2. Align re-marketing efforts with overall funnel strategy to re-engage and convert leads.
  3. Integrate campaigns with CRM systems and sales dialers for seamless lead management.
  4. Monitor re-marketing systems to ensure timely delivery and engagement tracking.


Web Development Assistance:

  1. Aid technically in the Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites optimized for SEO and user experience.
  2. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues to ensure functionality and security.
  3. Work with content and design teams to ensure website alignment with marketing goals.
  4. Manage integrations with APIs, CRMs, and marketing tools to support re-marketing and campaign execution.


Integrations and Automation:

  1. Develop and manage integrations between lead sources, CRM systems, and marketing platforms using tools like Zapier, MuleSoft, or custom APIs.
  2. Automate data synchronization between systems to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  3. Monitor system reliability and resolve integration issues as needed.


Data Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Set up tracking tools (pixels, UTM parameters) to monitor user behavior and campaign performance.
  2. Use analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to generate actionable insights.
  3. Create detailed reports on funnel performance, campaign ROI, and lead quality for stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated success managing end-to-end marketing and data funnels, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  2. Data Flow Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of integrating lead providers, marketing platforms, and sales systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  3. Paid Marketing and Re-Marketing: Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns and/or re-marketing strategies, including advanced lead engagement tools.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in web development (front-end and back-end frameworks) and technical integrations to support marketing and operational systems.
  5. CRM and Automation Tools: Strong familiarity with CRM systems, sales dialers, and marketing automation tools such as Zapier, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  6. Analytics Proficiency: Advanced skills in analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  7. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and lead initiatives with confidence.


Preferred Skills:

  1. Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and confidently spearhead an entire department with minimal supervision.
  2. Data Funnel Management Expertise: Proven experience managing CRM systems, sales dialers, marketing campaigns, and related workflows.

  4. Re-Marketing Workflow Management: Experience managing SMS campaigns, email re-marketing, dialer workflows, and advanced lead engagement tools.
  5. Data and Analytics Focused: Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
