Job description
Marketing Generalist
Part-Time · Remote (U.S.-based)
· $30–$35/hr
· 20 hrs/week
Role Overview
We are a B2B SaaS platform modernizing how companies manage employee relocation and mobility. We're a lean, fast-moving team, which means the people who thrive here are the ones who can pick up a workstream, run with it, and bring it home without a lot of hand-holding.
This Marketing Coordinator role exists to extend the capacity of our marketing function, not as support staff, but as a capable, accountable operator who can own execution across campaigns, content, sales enablement, events, and more. You'll work directly alongside marketing leadership and have real visibility into the decisions that shape how we go to market.
This role starts at 20 hours per week, but it's built to grow. If you deliver, the scope and hours will follow.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing — from asset coordination to scheduling, QA, launch, and reporting
- Content calendar management: coordinating with writers and designers, editing for clarity and brand voice, and keeping the pipeline moving
- Sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards that give the sales team what they need, when they need it
- Webinar coordination: logistics, promotional timelines, and post-event follow-through for virtual and in-person activations
- Marketing reporting and operations: pulling performance reports, maintaining dashboards, and keeping internal systems and documentation current
- Crossship to keep marketing workstreams aligned and unblocked
What You Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with real startup experience, you know what it means to operate without a large team behind you
- Background in healthcare SaaS, HR tech, workforce tech, relocation, or adjacent industries is a strong advantage
- You're a strong executor, not just a strategist — you can take a project from kickoff to completion without needing daily check-ins
- Highly organized and genuinely detail-oriented: you catch the errors others miss and never let a deadline slip without flagging it
- Comfortable working in ambiguity — when the playbook doesn't exist yet, you write it
- Strong writer: clear, confident, and adaptable across formats and audiences
- You actively use AI tools in your marketing workflow — not as a someday interest, but as a current practice that makes you faster and better
- Low-ego, collaborative, and easy to work with across a cross-functional environment
- Eager to grow and take on more as the role expands
Tools & Systems Experience
We don't expect you to have used every tool in our stack, but we do expect strong systems fluency and the confidence to learn fast. Familiarity with tools like the following is a plus: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Semrush, Canva, Asana or Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, Zoom, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), Google Workspace, Lindy and ZoomInfo.
Why This Role Is Different
This isn't a scheduling and inbox role. You'll have ownership of real marketing workstreams with accountability for outcomes — not just tasks.
You'll work directly with marketing leadership, not buried in a large team. Your contributions are seen, your voice is heard, and your judgment gets exercised from day one.
We're intentional about the growth path here. We want to bring on the right person, build trust, and expand the role over time. If you perform, more scope and a full-time position are on the table — not as a vague promise, but as a genuine organizational priority.
We don't micromanage. We set clear goals, give you context, and trust you to figure out how to get there.
Compensation & Details
- Rate: $30–$35/hour, commensurate with experience
- Hours: 20 hours/week, part-time
- Location: Remote, U.S.-based candidates only
- Growth path: Clear opportunity to expand scope and transition to full-time over time
