Our Customer is seeking a Marketing Lead on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is on-site in any of the following locations: New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles/Santa Monica, Seattle, and Palo Alto.
Responsibilities:
- Execute agency marketing strategies through campaigns, programs, and always-on initiatives that drive engagement, education, and adoption of advertising solutions.
- Plan and execute integrated global and North America agency marketing campaigns from brief through launch and optimization.
- Develop agency-focused messaging, storytelling, and narratives aligned with agency needs and market trends.
- Create marketing programs and content that position advertising solutions as strategic and credible agency partnerships.
- Incorporate agency insights and feedback into marketing campaigns, content, and experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, Insights, Events, and regional teams.
- Build and maintain agency marketing playbooks, toolkits, and scalable frameworks for consistent execution across regions and channels.
- Define campaign success metrics and analyze performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Apply data insights and performance metrics to improve programs and support decision-making.
- Monitor agency industry trends, operating models, and media landscape changes to inform marketing strategies.
- Support creative development across campaigns, presentations, sales enablement materials, and marketing assets.
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives and stakeholders within fast-paced environments.
- Contribute to global business marketing priorities and agency-focused go-to-market initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on B2B, agency, media, advertising, or technology marketing.
- Experience building and executing agency-facing marketing programs and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem and agency engagement models with advertising platforms.
- Strong storytelling and messaging development skills.
- Experience translating insights, product information, and data into compelling client-facing marketing materials.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from strategy through execution and delivery.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience using data and performance metrics to optimize marketing programs and demonstrate impact.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and narrative development skills.
- Experience supporting creative development for campaigns, presentations, and marketing content.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities within fast-paced environments.
- Passion for advertising, media, creativity, and evolving digital marketing landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, Events, and regional teams.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, media strategy, and performance measurement.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region marketing programs.
- Experience contributing to successful agency-facing campaigns, go-to-market initiatives, or partner marketing programs.
