Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven GrowthLead to spearhead our efforts, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be an expert in growth strategies, digital marketing, and team leadership, with a strong background in creating and optimizing data-driven campaigns. This role is crucial in advancing our brand's presence in the medical interior design space and aligninginitiatives with broader business objectives.
This position requires a proactive marketer with the ability to lead projects from start to finish, driving growth and enhancing brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in and management.
- Strong background in executing digital strategies with a focus on predictive analytics and proactive solutions.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets and campaigns, driving measurable ROI.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a talent for engaging and converting target audiences.
- Expertise in landing page optimization and user funnels for maximum conversion.
- Proficient in website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad serving tools.
- Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
- Skilled in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience leading remote teams and fostering collaboration.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on innovation and team development.
- Industry experience in medical, healthcare, or interior design is a plus.

- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
This Manager is responsible for developing successful, long-term campaigns for our company and brilliantly identifying and targeting ideal customers (both externally and amongst internal stakeholders).
They will help establish and grow greater awareness and target market share across all digital channels.
- Growth & Inbound Marketing:
- Develop and implement creative growth strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new technologies.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through targeted digital demand generation strategies.
- Manage paid efforts across PPC, social media, and display ads, balancing growth with cost efficiency.
- Lead the development, testing, and optimization of ad units using A/B testing and other methodologies.
- Execute inboundthat attract, engage, and convert leads through content creation, SEO, email, and social media.
- Optimize the customer journey with tailored content and resources that guide leads through the funnel.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-driven content like blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Use analytics tools to monitor and refine inboundefforts, improving lead generation and conversion rates.
