By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute CRM strategies to increase enterprise employee activation and benefit usage.
- Develop scalable and personalized communications strategies tailored to company-specific needs and employee benefits.
- Manage end-to-end campaign strategy, including creative reviews, collaboration with designers and copywriters, deliverables handoff, audience segmentation, and stakeholder feedback.
- Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics, and Strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance, create benchmarks, and share regular reports with actionable insights.
- Design and implement campaign experimentation strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve engagement and performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations.
- B2B or SaaS experience is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM technologies, including ESPs (Iterable and Braze preferred), segmentation tools, and complex data structures.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate results and recommend actions.
- Proficiency with analytics tools relevant to campaign execution.
- Experience with campaign experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing).
- Highly organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
