Our Customer is a tech real-estate marketplace company with a portfolio of the largest and most vibrant real estate and home-related brands on the web and mobile. We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
You'll partner with leads and strategists to own execution, keep reporting on track, maintain living documents, write and route content for approval, and derive actionable insights from data. You operate independently, ramp up quickly, communicate proactively, and deliver quality work without needing things spelled out.
Responsibilities:
- Pull weekly and monthly performance metrics from BI tools and populate reporting templates for Lifecycle, Web, and Frontline marketing channels
- Analyze channel performance data and develop actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Build performance presentations and reporting materials for recurring business reviews and leadership meetings
- Own recurring reporting, forecasting, trend analysis, and funnel pacing across marketing channels
- Monitor data quality, identify anomalies, and support troubleshooting efforts
- Maintain reporting dashboards, tracking documents, and performance decks
- Draft marketing briefs to support cross-channel campaign development
- Write and edit short-form marketing copy for email and SMS campaigns
- Build and route campaign content through approval workflows
- Maintain campaign documentation and ensure marketing materials remain up to date
- Manage multiple workstreams while communicating project status to cross-functional stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience with hands-on experience in at least two of the following: lifecycle/CRM marketing, frontline or sales enablement marketing, or digital/web marketing
- Experience working in metrics-driven marketing environments
- Proven experience using BI/reporting tools to analyze and present marketing performance data
- Experience with Tableau or a comparable business intelligence platform
- Experience writing short-form marketing copy for email and SMS campaigns
- Experience adapting content to established brand voice and marketing briefs
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Marketo, or similar
- Understanding of campaign development, deployment, and marketing workflows
- Strong proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience presenting project updates during cross-functional meetings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at Amazon, Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, Airbnb, or another metrics-driven technology company
- Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
- Experience with generative AI copywriting tools such as Writer
- Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with SMS platforms and email deployment tools
- Familiarity with onsite marketing platforms or headless CMS solutions
