We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.

This role supports B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies that drive consumer acquisition and usage of pet insurance products, financing options, and other pet-related solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on campaigns within the broader ecosystem of pet insurance brands and solutions.
  • Track campaign analytics in partnership with analytics and finance teams, leveraging Excel to manage data and build reports.
  • Manage creative agencies in the development and execution of campaigns, including briefing, project kick-offs, and asset delivery.
  • Submit and manage creative projects through Workfront, collaborating with internal performance marketing teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate marketing budgets, including PO submissions, invoice tracking, and budget forecasts/actuals.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations highlighting campaign analytics, insights, and results.
  • Partner with leadership to align strategies with comprehensive campaigns showcasing value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to ensure integrated strategies that drive engagement and adoption.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to integrate products into broader organizational campaigns.
  • Contribute to special projects, business initiatives, or enterprise-wide campaigns as needed.
  • Maintain strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling.
  • Use Workfront for marketing project management and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of equivalent professional experience in financial services.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred:

  • Strong background in analytics and campaign measurement.
  • Proven ability to influence across internal and external teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in client or partner marketing.
  • Background in the pet or pet insurance industry (preferred, not required).
