We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
In this role, you will be a key driver of demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth — working at the intersection of marketing strategy and field execution. In this role, you will be responsible for tactical execution of marketing plan activities; data-driven marketing, inside marketing, direct and digital marketing, online events, physical events, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans across all stages of the sales pipeline, including demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and deal support
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop solution-focused marketing strategies
- Serve as a primary marketing contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns and events across North America
- Ensure brand consistency, quality, and compliance across all marketing activities
- Manage end-to-end event planning, including sponsor management, speaker coordination, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, asset creation, lead routing, and post-event reporting
- Monitor demand funnel performance and recommend actions to improve lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and conversion rates
- Analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Document campaign execution and lead management activities within CRM systems, reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Leverage reporting tools to monitor sales and marketing performance
- Support lead management processes to improve lead quality and customer journey progression
- Review pipeline health reports and manage escalations with sales and marketing stakeholders
- Build relationships with marketing, sales, and partner teams to support successful campaign execution
- Adapt campaign rollout strategies, target audiences, and communication plans to maximize market impact
- Communicate marketing effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage agency relationships, including vendor selection, budget oversight, statements of work (SOWs), purchase orders, and vendor documentation
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years of marketing execution experience
- Experience in B2B marketing within the high-tech industry
- Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations
- Experience in regional and/or global field marketing
- Experience supporting multiple lines of business or product lines
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting, dashboards, and lead management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and vendor relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Sales experience
