Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support across Mid-Market and International advertisers to enable scaled execution as these segments grow
  • Own critical revenue operations, including invoicing accuracy, quality assurance, and campaign setup aligned to advertiser billing requirements
  • Manage programmatic enablement operations, including audience and catalog distribution to partners
  • Monitor data feeds and ensure overall platform and data-sharing health
  • Support consumer-facing execution by building landing pages as needed
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate customer experience insights into process and operational improvements
  • Serve as the primary owner of audience management within Hightouch, including audience builds, health checks, and technical leadership for evolving audience solutions
  • Support exploration and implementation of future audience and clean room solutions
  • Own internal documentation and knowledge management, including maintaining the Ads New Ventures Wiki
  • Create, update, and audit standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure process changes are clearly documented as operations scale

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Operationally driven and execution-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Technically agile with comfort working across data platforms and CMS tools
  • Familiarity with retail media or AdOps; agency experience preferred
  • Experience supporting revenue operations processes such as invoicing workflows, billing alignment, QA, and campaign setup
  • Experience managing programmatic operations, including audience/catalog distribution, partner enablement, and monitoring data feeds
  • Strong documentation and process management skills with experience creating and maintaining SOPs and internal knowledge bases
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive improvements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
