Job description

By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.


Our Customer is seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated co-marketing strategies aligned with partner and business goals
  • Own relationships with enterprise retail partners and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including concept development, production, launch, optimization, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales, Growth Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Operations teams
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage campaign budgets, including tracking, pacing, and accruals to ensure strong ROI
  • Apply a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver partner-facing reports and internal performance updates
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and optimization


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing across consumer brands, technology, media agencies, or consulting environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing programs with measurable results
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Experience executing campaigns across CRM and digital marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, segmentation, and performance optimization
  • Ability to use data to inform strategy and drive decision-making
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with partner-facing or client-facing marketing programs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or co-marketing partnerships
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience working in high-growth or resource-constrained environments
