The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a Massachusetts-based woman-owned insurance restoration company, dedicated to helping property owners recover and restore their homes and businesses after fire, water, or storm damage. Established in 2023, our client specializes in comprehensive restoration services, guiding clients from the initial damage assessment through to the final stages of recovery. With a focus on quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and efficient project management, they ensures that their clients can return to their normal lives as quickly as possible. Our client's team is built on decades of industry experience and a commitment to delivering fast, reliable, and professional restoration solutions.

Our client is looking for a part-time marketing manager to assist with their social media and website presence.

Job Description:

  1. Develop & implement social media strategy
  2. Coordinate with in-house videographer for visual content
  3. Able to create basic visual content (banners, etc.) or coordinate with UpWork designer
  4. Write content including captions, posts, blogs, and other marketing materials
  5. Create & manage posting schedule
  6. Create & manage ad campaigns
  7. Create reports showing performance
  8. Social Media platforms include: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  9. Manage Google Ads account connected to our websites
  10. Collaborate with team members to gather content from ongoing projects, including photos, videos, and client testimonials.
