We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (onsite 2 days a week) in Mountain View or San Diego, CA.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with web partners/agencies and talent acquisition teams to create engaging and innovative career site and career platform experiences (e.g. Glassdoor, LinkedIn).
- Develop integrated strategies to create effective global candidate experiences and compelling content (employer brand narrative, job descriptions).
- Implement content frameworks, road maps, ownership models and measurement to increase brand exposure, attract high-quality candidates and drive traffic through the funnel.
- Develop employer brand guidelines and assets aligned with the company's evolving brand strategy and visual identity.
- Drive awareness and usage of employer brand guidelines and assets globally with talent acquisition, communications, and key partners by experimenting to identify the best tactics (newsletters, training, etc).
- Track and amplify the company's awards and recognition through external communication channels.
- Partner with the communications team to deliver a cohesive internal and external strategy.
- Develop audience specific content for marketing programs and support employee branding activities.
- Support employer brand analytics, surveys, and dashboards to measure success and uncover important recruiting and candidate insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or business.
- 3+ years of digital marketing and brand marketing experience.
- Strong experience in web experiences and SEO/ SEM, social media management, content development and amplification.
- Ability to use creative briefs and partner with agencies to develop compelling messaging, creative and long form content.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills.
- Naturally collaborative with the ability to work across different levels of seniority and business functions.
- The ability to create engaging audience-specific content for marketing programs and employee branding activities.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, tools, and platforms with SEO knowledge is preferred.
- Strong timeline management skills
- Nice to have Skills:
- Experience in establishing brand guidelines and creating assets for a brand that is in concordance with a developing brand strategy and visual identity.
- Expertise in analytics, surveys, and dashboards to measure success and uncover important recruiting and candidate insights
