Job description

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.


We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end cardholder marketing programs across credit card portfolio initiatives.
  • Manage lifecycle marketing campaigns across activation, engagement, retention, and early month-on-books stages.
  • Support campaign execution across digital and offline channels, including email, direct mail, digital placements, and client-owned channels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely campaign launches aligned with business and client objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Creative, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and client teams.
  • Manage workflow processes from intake through campaign launch and completion.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, creative trafficking, production handoffs, reviews, approvals, and launch confirmations.
  • Support creative development activities, including asset collection, revisions, routing, and approvals.
  • Ensure campaigns meet brand standards, operational controls, legal requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and audit-ready records.
  • Support marketing operations and campaign management processes within fast-paced environments.
  • Manage campaign execution timelines and stakeholder communications effectively.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in campaign management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience using Workfront.
  • Strong experience managing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting email, direct mail, digital placements, and client-owned marketing channels.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing marketing workflows, approvals, and campaign execution processes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in maintaining operational controls and compliance standards within marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Experience working with legal and compliance approval processes for marketing initiatives
