We are seeking a Client Success Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role works with a diverse client base ranging from SMB to enterprise accounts. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by analyzing client use cases, consulting on best practices, and delivering best-in-class training and implementation. It requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, and engineering teams, and offers the opportunity to contribute to customer strategy and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the setup and monitoring of ad-hoc, triggered, and transactional CRM programs.
- Optimize existing retention programs and develop new initiatives to improve subscriber engagement.
- Create test plans and schedule campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Build personalized, multi-channel customer journeys.
- Manage email reporting dashboards, monitor trends, and recommend actions based on performance data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Strategy.
- Stay informed on marketing best practices in email and push notifications, and share insights with the broader marketing team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM technologies such as ESPs (e.g., Braze), segmentation tools, and complex data systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in CRM/email marketing, including contact strategies, targeting, and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Periscope).
- Experience working in highly cross-functional organizations.
- Experience working client-side.
