They focus on how their customers connect and interact with the digital world, with products sold in almost every country of the world. They have developed into a multi-brand company designing products that bring people together through music, gaming, video and computing.

We are seeking an Education Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

This role is pivotal in driving marketing initiatives within the Education sector, focusing on both direct and indirect channels. You will be instrumental in executing the tactical aspects of the job, ensuring seamless continuity and performance enhancement of integrated marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Channel Collaboration: Partner with channel partners to create and execute to-channel and through-channel marketing programs aimed at increasing the company's presence and driving revenue in the education sector.
  • Budget Management: Prepare budget proposals, manage vendor payments, and oversee finance processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Customization & Execution: Tailor central marketing campaigns and messaging for the education market and execute these customizations efficiently.
  • Engagement & Support: Maintain regular communication and support for priority channel partners and channel account managers.
  • Communication Delivery: Craft and disseminate communications about education solutions, including newsletters and events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and analyze marketing programs that align with business goals, providing thorough pre and post-analysis and reporting.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop metrics to track and report on the performance of channel marketing initiatives and education revenue share.
  • Expert Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert on the Public Sector market, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company's market position.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Proven success in education marketing, with experience targeting IT decision-makers preferred.
  • Strong track record in designing and executing digital marketing programs and events.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and present timely, effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and prioritizing impactful work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to learn and evolve in the role.
  • Ability to drive ideas and projects across the organization, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Impartner) and related marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Understanding of the education technology landscape to develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and design skills for agile execution.
