Job description

Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.


We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Atlanta, GA.



Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for network properties and initiatives
  • Project manage and support the development of multiple campaign elements, including coordination of creative assets to fulfill media plans
  • Coordinate with media teams on specifications, delivery timelines, and approvals
  • Traffic materials and fulfill internal and external requests for creative assets, copy, show descriptions, premiums, and status reports
  • Develop internal and external meeting materials, including PowerPoint presentations and supporting documents
  • Develop marketing collateral by selecting campaign creative, coordinating with external vendors, proofing materials, and distributing assets to stakeholders on time
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand creative, social media, digital platforms, media, operations, public relations, research, development, and programming teams
  • Support agency management and day-to-day agency communications
  • Assist with budget tracking and management activities
  • Update project timelines, trackers, and status reports
  • Support the selection, purchase, and fulfillment of promotional premiums for shows, premieres, and special events
  • Act as a vendor liaison to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met
  • Coordinate and support agency capability presentations as needed
  • Support campaign execution during occasional evenings or weekends as required


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments, including exposure to large-scale organizational or campaign changes
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting or managing large, integrated marketing campaigns with strong attention to deadlines and detail
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience demonstrating creative thinking within advertising agencies, brands, or similar environments
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • PowerPoint and Excel experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with shifting timelines and executional complexity
  • Collaborative work style with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism
  • Strong communication skills, including copywriting and presentation development
  • Social media awareness with an interest in entertainment, marketing, and cultural trends
  • Experience in television or media marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with Photoshop or graphic design tools preferred
  • Experience with billing processes or budget management preferred
