We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in Mountain View, CA.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the creation and execution of marketing collateral and assets that effectively communicate the product value and brand to the target audience for events and GTM initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling industry-specific messaging and content tailored to different phases of the buyer journey, and create impactful customer case studies and social proof to support their marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be effective at strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives that generate compelling marketing assets. This individual will work closely with the marketing and events teams to ensure that all materials are created in line with the brand and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing collateral and assets, including 1 pagers, presentations, whitepapers, brochures, digital assets, case studies and promotional materials for industry events and GTM initiatives.
- Craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with the target audience and addresses their needs at different stages of the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, product and channel marketing teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on content strategy and execution.
- Manage the creation of customer case studies and testimonials that showcase the value and impact of solutions.
- Coordinate with external agencies on creative direction and messaging strategy
- Develop and maintain a repository of marketing assets and ensure they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing collateral and assets, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise audiences and a strong understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies and a strong background in messaging and content development for different phases of the buyer journey. Events and trade show marketing experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective messaging strategies tailored to specific target audiences and industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality customer case studies and social proof.
- Knowledge of various marketing channels and how to adapt messaging strategies to fit different platforms (e.g., print, social media, email marketing, signage, etc.).
- Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique and impactful messaging that differentiates the brand and resonates with the audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
